1. Scope of Services

1.1 The Tiny Companion provides concierge‑style travel support, including guidance, recommendations, planning assistance, and the creation of personalised travel packs. 1.2 The Service does not include the booking or purchasing of travel, accommodation, transport, insurance, or any third‑party services except where explicitly stated in Clause 6. 1.3 All recommendations are advisory in nature. The Client retains full responsibility for all booking decisions and arrangements.

This may include suggestions regarding babyproofing, accommodation suitability, travel logistics, and safety considerations. 2.2 All such guidance is informational only. The Tiny Companion does not assume responsibility for the safety, wellbeing, or supervision of any child or family member at any time. 2.3 The Client acknowledges that:

  • All safety decisions remain solely the responsibility of the parent or guardian.
